Teachers of areas of specialism other than literacy, language and numeracy

Lifelong Learning UK (LLUK) has provided guidance relating to literacy, language and numeracy professional development for teachers of other areas of specialism. This can be within initial teacher education (ITE) and as professional development. It is recognised that the majority of teachers of other areas of specialism will be working with learners who have literacy, language and numeracy needs below level 2.
