Train to gain

Lifelong Learning UK (LLUK) recommends the 'Train to Gain' service, which is managed and funded by the Learning and Skills Council (LSC) and available to lifelong learning employers in England.

This free skills brokerage service helps employers find the training they need for their employees - a dedicated skills broker will analyse individual business needs and will work with each individual employer to help them plan a tailored training programme. Because 'Train to Gain' skills brokers do not work for any training organisation, the advice they give to employers is impartial. The aim is to make sure employers find the training they need to increase productivity and develop more competitive businesses.
